For any bookings under one week there is an additional $120 charge for cleaning of the property. All bookings are subject to Florida taxes (approx 13%).
For bookings over 2 weeks please contact us directly as we can offer special prices for longer stays.
Please note for Pool heating that the pool is heated only at your cost. In the summer it wont be necessary (maybe for the SPA) but in the Winter months it certainly helps.
However if the temperature falls below 50 degrees the pool heater wont heat the pool but still uses electricity and the charge is not refunded as we are not in control of the weather.
We have a sun blanket which we recommend using in the colder months to reduce the heat lost overnight.
